This is a cake created for a friend's birthday. It was inspired by a vintage greeting card given to my grandmother in the 60's. The cake itself is a zebra cake with dark chocolate fudge and french vanilla flavors. It is covered in homemade vanilla marshmallow fondant and hand painted. The black detail was piped on.
