For my son's birthday. When researching for this cake, I had no luck in finding pictures of hopper wagons made into cake. ; ( So I starting looking at upside down wedding cakes, pretty much this wagon follows the same concept. I carved 3 7x11 sheet cakes down to size with boards under each layer. All buttercream with gumpaste parts. Wheels are RKT's. Thank You for looking! ; )
