This is a fondant birthday cake 6" and 10" for a special boy that I donated to through Icing Smiles. The cake is chocolate with ganache filling and covered with marshmallow fondant. All decorations, including Mario and the racecar on top, are all hand made from marshmallow fondant with tylose powder.
