A snowflake themed New Year's cake. Snowflakes are edible sugar sheets (Wilton) cut with regular snowflake punches (committed to baking ;) ). The flakes are unsweetened coconut flakes, to coordinate with both the snow theme and the cake flavor: coconut cloud cake with vanilla coconut buttercream. Silver dragees.
