Great job!! I was planning on doing a Manchester United buttercream transfer for my son-in-law's brthday. Fondant cut outs on ganache? I'm tempted to try, any tips?
Thank you for your comment. I covered the cake in black fondant first and used on opt of it red and yellow fondant cut outs to design Manchester United logo. I printed logo on paper, cut it to create templates for individual pieces and used it as guide to cut fondant. Hope this helps and if you have any additional questions just let me know.
