I had made this cake for two mom-to-be's. One of the mothers was expected a Girl while the other was expecting a Boy. It took a while to decide on what type of cake we should do since its for both a boy and a girl. Most friends thought it was for twins:) I got the pattern of the baby converse from this site. It was great help.
