    I LOVE you petal tip technique on the side of the cake. This is beautifully done. And I love the idea of the cake balls inside the candy box, good idea.

    Thanks everyone.. I used a 1M for the roses and just swirl them starting in the center going out.. then I used a 12 tip to make dots and then a spatula to swipe it. It was easier than I thought but it does take alittle time- but wasnt to bad.

    Beautiful cake. Love the color combo and the candy box. Do you mind me asking what mold you used for the box, I really like the quilt affect on the top. Once again your technique is amazing.

    Hi..I bought this mold at a store here in Dallas called cake carousel. Not sure what the name of the actual mold is..yes I made the box using a chocolate mold.thanks for your compliments!

    I looked up petal technique using google . That is where I learned it. I'm sure there is a tutorial on this site too.
