A girly sweet cake for Alice who just turned 1. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache covered with fondant. All decorations are fondant. Thank you to some of you on CC who posted pictures of different versions of this little bird, it was very inspiring!

Thank you for all the great comments! The board is a cardboard covered with a scrapbooking paper. I always do my board this way so I can personnalize each cake.
