Banana cake with chocolate SMBC and chocolate fondant. My husband made the support structure, and when it was too late to change it, I noticed that it was backwards, and I had to procede anyway. It was for my daughter's piano students at Christmas time. Thank goodness it wasn't for a paying customer!
