This was a birthday cake for a customer. Very simple decoration, the cake recipe is a special one though. It's an eggless, milkless, butterless cake. Her son is allergic to eggs so I found this recipe and they loved it.
I found the recipe on allrecipes.com. Just do a search for "eggless, butterless, milkless cake" and you should find it. I was surprised it turned out because the ingredients are a little strange. :o
