This was for my son's bday on New Years Eve. The cake was a hit! Vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant. Bottles and ice are isomalt. Labels are edible images. Inspired by many beer buckets here, but I especially want to thank Thisizme, Kello and Nessa333 for all their help and kindness, thank you ladies!!

Can you send me the bottle instructions too please! I love this! I've done 1 solid color for bud light but am curious how to pour isomalt to get the 2 tones! :) my ID is faithc24, or share on here! Thanks! Great CLEAN work!
Rosie2 1/3/12 at 11:14pm
Thank you all for your nice comments :) To make the two tone I just made a batch of clear isomalt and pour just enough to cover the tip of your mold and let it cool off completely. You can use the rest of the clear isomalt to make your ice. Then make another batch of isomalt, but this time add yellow (or any color you want) food coloring and use this to finish your bottle completely. Hope this makes sense if not let me know.

What a fantastic job you did! I love it. really well done :) Don't know if I would ever attempt one, but would love to know how you did it away if you don't mind.

Your bottles are fantastic! I have not yet worked with isomalt but I would like to try. Did you buy a pre-made mold or did you make the mold yourself? Could you tell me where you got the products from? Thanks a bunch.

BRWNEYEGIRL4367, thank you !!! and yes, I made my own mold with 'Mold Builder' that I got at Michaels. It is not hard to make but time consuming since you must dry each layer before adding more, and it's actually exciting when you see your mold come to life :) --good luck to all!!
