all edible cake is sleigh seat gift boxes and santa's tummy. there is a pvc inner support structure for Santa his legs and arms are modeling chocolate and his head is RKT covered in fondant the sleigh sides are fondant gum paste mix that i let dry for several days. lots of work but worth it in the end. thanks for looking
