Almond vanilla and chocolate cake with buttercream and fondant/gumpaste accents. The bottom tiers were two 8 inch square cakes iced in buttercream with fondant/gumpaste covers. The top is a 6 inch round iced in buttercream with fondant accents. This cake was for our Pastor's 83rd birthday. The Bible is located on the bottom for the "foundation" and everything falls into place from there. I created a stencil and put the church together like a gingerbread house. I just wish I had thought about lighting it up. :)
