Made this cake for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. The bottom layer is apple caramel, the body is devils food, the stump is chocolate brownie, the leaves are molded candy wafers, the feathers are chocolate, and the head is modeling chocolate over a chocolate covered pretzel rod.
