1st attempt with modeling chocolate....A Dark Chocolate cake with a candy cane buttercream filling and white chocolate frosting - wrapped in striped white chocolate. Phew!! It was difficult to work with because my hands were cold, the countertops were cold, the pasta roller was cold....
