This was my most favorite cake I have ever done! I was on vacation and my Sister-in-law asked me if I could help her with a cake (meaning will you do a cake for me). I was scared I wouldn't get it right. It is a 3 layer chocolate cake with cookies and cream buttercream icing, True black marshmallow fondant, and neon green marshmallow fondant. Thanks to my father-in-law who is an amazing artist who drew the logo and the letters to scale. I then transfered them onto the cake by laying the drawing on top and poking holes along the outline. I then used a etching knife and cut the excess away and I was left with the green pieces you see here. The 13 and the "lightening bolts I did free handed and they were drying in this pic before I actually placed them on the cake.
