A big first - first time using gumpaste, rice krispie treats and chocolate clay. Jewelry box and necklace are choc. clay. Bow, rose, card are gumpaste. Hot chocolate, cereal and dish are rice krispies. Wicker is choc. buttercream. Made for the contest, but I finished it a couple of hours too late.

this is wonderful, such attention to detail! Worth the wait for the final product...as for a first, I think you did a great job.

Thanks so much. I found out that I like working with gumpaste, but I really don't like trying to mold rice krispie treats.

How pretty! I love it!! I like the basketweave the best, it's VERY good!

Thanks so much, tcturtleshell. It's only the second time I've ever done a basketweave. Next time, if I ever do this again, I will add some more finishing touches like a bow around the flower's tissue paper, a spoon for the cereal, and of course, better molded cereal and mug.
