Three cakes for three special friends. Eight inch chocolate, torted, filled with peppermint flavored Bettercreme, with Ande's Candies pieces, tinted pale green. Covered with chocolate ganache and then covered with fondant. Gum paste poinsettias, fondant snowflakes and pearls, ribbon is real. They were so surprised and loved their gifts, one gal even cried and said that no one has ever given her such a beautiful cake.
