Toy Story 3 disaster

I made this cake for my sons 3rd birthday, I guess i didn't let it cool enough because it fell apart shortly after I took it out of the pan... then it was all down hill from there. Buzz was to be standing on top of the ball, look closely you can see his foot prints. My alien never made it to the cake :( Yellow cake- buttercream icing and the ball is chocolate cake and fondant with yellow and chocolate cupcakes with fondant stars
