Murray's Books
Third of 3 Bar Mitzvah anniversary cakes for my FIL. He had admired a stack of books cakes I did previously so I made this one for him. My favorite part of this cake was the edible rice paper "notebook page" with a note to "study your Torah portion for your Bar Mitzvah" Unfortuantely it must have looked too much like a real note because though there were strict instructions not to touch any of the cakes, the note disappeared after the photo & before the reception so my father-in-law never saw it. Darn!
Love it! You did a great job!
The books look backwards because Hebrew is written right to left and so the books open backwards if you are used to English or European languages.
Great Job!! They look perfect !!!!
Wow, they look so darn real, amazing, just like well-read books, you are so good! The note is also amazing!

Hi. Great Cake! How did you stack the books? I need to do a book stack for my moms retirement party in a week. :)
