Groom's Cake - 3-tier spice cake with cream cheese frosting. Covered and decorated with fondant. Tier 1 is a football field with the Oklahoma State University logo and Pistol Pete mascot (frozen buttercream transfer). Middle tier includes grassy hills, sand dunes and snowy mountains that fade into each other. The grassy hills have a bike, the sand dunes have a Polaris RZR, and the snowy montains have a snowboard. Top tier is a cloudy sky with a fondant airplane at top.
