This was the cake I made in March 2010 for Joy Of Spring competition for amateur cake decorators held in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia, where I am living at the moment. It won gold, and I was so happy about it,as it was the 8th cake I decorated in my life. The hieroglyph on the cake means "sakura" or "cherry blossom".
