Well there has been some argument lately as to how a Red Velvet Cake should be served. In my photos you can see I do alot of Red velvets on request and Some in Buttercream if for fancier occasions like Showers, But Traditionally here in the SOUTH (the real south NOT FLORIDA or TEXAS) lol... Red velvet cakes are Very Rich, and very Sweet. Theyre made from Scratch with Buttermilk and lots of eggs and Butter and a whole bottle of red coloring ! Then Frosted w/CC frosting literally OVERRUN with Chopped Pecans!
