I was ask to make a cake for a "Young Farmers of the Year" with a sweet potatoe theme. This is what I came up with. The Basket is White Chocolate Champagne Cake with White Chocolate Buttercreme Frosting(tinted brown).It was cooked in a large cupcake pan. The top of the cupcake was crumbled and frosting added to it and tinted orange to make sweet potatoes. The sign is made of fondant.
