Presenting my first engagement cake made for a Fijian couple (Atish and Renuka) who wanted a fuchsia pink cake. 9" vanilla cake, filled with peaches and vanilla pudding mixed with whipped cream, iced with vanilla buttercream and 12" mocha cake filled mocha buttercream drizzled with dulce de leche and iced with mocha buttercream.
