Snickerdoodle Cake with Cinnamon Butter Cream Icing and RI flowers. I had been dying to try the reverse shell on a cake since class as I alway seemed to mess it up when actually doing it on a cake... this time was no different. I didn't 'reverse' in a couple of spots. (I won't tell you where!) :) Anyway, this is a cake for a Women's Shelter our church provides a community meal to twice a year.
