My first attempt at a cake of Star Trek's USS Enterprise, for my own birthday. Being a true Trekkie, I am not happy with all the inaccuracies on this cake. On the good side though, I already know how I would fix most of them. Cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream icing and a peanut butter buttercream filling.
