I made these for a friend who's birthday is this week--we're both sushi fans. Nori is made of fondant, everything else is icing and non-perils.

Thank you!! I used a sushi tray from some sushi I bought and put the cookies on that. I sterilized it first, of course!!

These are GREAT! Really amazing - look much yummier than "real" sushi in my opinion!
