This was my 4th Icing Smiles creation. I made this cake for an adorable little boy named Ray. Ray was diagnosed at birth with a rare heart condition known as Shone's Complex.

Ray's Mommy, Marcia said the he liked Hot Wheels and she wanted to incorporate a Cars theme. They were surprising him with the Cars 2 DVD! So that's just what Ray got!

Ray's sister, Alicia, has a birthday coming up next month! Alicia was diagnosed at 23 months with a rare brain tumor known as a Pilomyxoid Astrocytoma. Alicia has currently relapsed and needs our help to find a cure.

My babies and I were lucky enough to sit and hang out with the Lively family for little while. The kids played the whole time! it was so awesome! Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL children!
