Yes they're popcorn covered pretzel rods..the head is styrofoam with fondant accents, tombstone is bc sponged cardboard.
I've looked for this recipe at Wilton and couldn't find it. Where did you find it?
This cake can be found in the 2002 yearbook on pg. 79 called Underground Movement
This is a Wilton cake design so it's fair game...and if it were my design it would fair game too : )
