Grooms Cake - Beaver
This was a bit of a challenge for me. I must have stood in front of the cake for 20 minutes, with knife in hand trying to figure out what part of the cake didn't look like a beaver. lol It is iced in buttercream, the legs, head & tail were formed from cereal treats. The tail and facial features were done with fondant.

Thank you. Quite honestly, I don't remember what pans I used, only that they were 1" smaller for each layer. ie 10", 9" 8" and I didn't remove the dome from the top one and used the trimmings to fill in any gaps. For the log I used a square pan, stacked then trimmed. The ends were cereal treats because you really can't get cake that pointy. You can adjust it down to whatever serving size you need. Hope this helps.
