I thought the bright pink and white would contrast nicely against the dark chocolate fondant. Fondant imprinted using Wilton imprint mat. Dark chocolate cake is almost gluten-free: 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup ground almonds. The frosting under the fondant is (crusting) chocolate cream cheese, recipe adapted from one found on CC.com.
