I think every mom dreams of making a pretty castle cake for their little girl. So much fun to make! 12" stylized grass tier, 8" textured castle tier, with fondant-covered RKT for the top half of the castle. Turrets are hollow fondant tubes. Everything else is a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. Flavour was vanilla pound cake with strawberry cheesecake filling. Thanks for looking!
