Client wanted a replica of her brother's snowmobile cake. This is my first carved cake-very challenging, but also fun. I built a raised structure so the cake would sit in the air on the ski's. Used fondant and royal icing for the decorations, and cereal treats for ski's and tracks. The only un-edible part is a tiny wooden dowel in each handlebar for support!
