Two tier stacked gift box cake. Chocolate mud cake filled with cream cheese frosting and covered with chocolate ganache buttercream and homemade MMF. The cakes are 11" and 8" squares, 3 layers of cake, and they were about 4 1/2" to 5" tall. This was my second time making covering a square cake and first time making a bow.
