Beautiful Cake!!! I love your Roses. How long did it take you to make the Roses?

It took a long time - I think there are over 130 of them...

I really enjoy looking your cakes, they are beautiful!! Would you share how you do your fondant roses? They are the best I've seen. I can't pipe a rose to save my life so if you could help me with fondant ones I would appreciate it. Thanks!

The Cake is huge - it is an 18', 12', 8' and 4'

wow, there is a lot of work in that cake, I agree some great work on the fondant roses, often they can look a little thick and clumsy but yours are so delicate looking, you would not pick them as fondant.. great job

I use the wilton method for doing the fondant roses - it is actually a five petal cutter and you use three of them for one rose. Lots of work!!
