wow, there is a lot of work in that cake, I agree some great work on the fondant roses, often they can look a little thick and clumsy but yours are so delicate looking, you would not pick them as fondant.. great job

I use the wilton method for doing the fondant roses - it is actually a five petal cutter and you use three of them for one rose. Lots of work!!
