3 tier birthday cake. Piped bandana print, plaid shirt and embossed denim design. I made the cowboy boots, cowboy hat, belt buckle and sheriff's star from gumpaste. Top tier was mint chocolate, filled with ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate chips. Middle tier was french toast filled with maple buttercream. Bottom tier was chocolate raspberry cake, filled with raspberry conserves, ganache and raspberry buttercream.
