Thank you to patisseriejaja for the inspiration for this cake. Made this for my brother's 25th birthday. He is an avid skier & I tried to replicate his real skis on the cake. I am not good at hand painting but he seemed to love them so that is all that matters. Covered in BC with fondant/tylose skis & number 25. The poles are spaghetti painted with gel color with fondant handles.
