My first proper topsy turvy cake which had to travel an hour and a half through city rough roads lol I was scared but happy with the result considering. This cake has a caramel mud bottom, dark chocolate mud middle and a white chocolate mud top. Iced and decorated in fondant with gumpaste roses, royal icing pipe work, glitter covered shapes and Jumbo playing cards for the topper (supplied)
