A cake for my sweet husband who used to make his own beer when he was young. The name of his beer was La St-Freres, so I designed a logo on the to of the cap. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling covered with fondant. The cap is shinny with gold luster dust and vodka. He really appreciate the idea!
