Thanks again! The icing is Toba Garrett's glace icing. If you Google "toba garrett glace icing", the first thing that pops up on the list will take you right to the recipe (kitchengifts.com). By the way, you can use water instead of milk (in her book, Creative Cookies, she says you can do so....I do it so I can store my leftovers longer!) I can't notice a difference in taste when using water instead of milk.
