Stanley scene

In honor of the bride and groom's wedding that took place in Stanley, ID, my client ordered this outdoor scene cake for a dinner party where they were the guests. It's a chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache and coconut. It's frosted with chocolate whipped cream and decorated with cream cheese grass and grain. The rocks are made from chocolate or macadamia nuts. The river is made from tinted piping gel. The only things not edible on this cake are the deer, trees and fences.
