I made this 6 inch buttercream cake and six dozen cupcakes (chocolate, vanilla and carrot cake) for a friend whose parents were celebrating their 50th Anniversary. It had to be pretty simple as I had a couple of other orders that weekend and it was a late order, but I think it turned out great and my friend was thrilled. It turned out that the off white of the cake and the cupcakes matched her mother's wedding dress perfectly! TFL.
