Thanks so much for the positive feedback! I followed tripletmom's picture directions that she put on this site, they were a big help. As far as the eyes, they're brown peanut m&m's with black fondant around them. I had the fun time eating the rest of the bag!

I found the picture instructions from tripletmom. She had a great picture of how she cut out the cake pieces before she iced. Then I googled sandicast dogs to find a look a like for a golden retriever.
