11/11/11 11 year anniversary cake

the couple was married in Vegas 11 years ago and never had a real wedding cake. Since this was a special date and anniversary, they wanted something they never had. Since i do mostly sculpted 3d cakes, I loved the chance to do a more formal cake. The husband wanted the #11 in flames at the top. It was my first time doing gumpaste roses...It took me longer to do those than anything else.
