Chef's hat is made from RKT, coated with white chocolate and then decorated with gumpaste. Small gumpaste bowl edged in gold is in the top of the hat like Japanse steakhouses do, with several small implements inside. The roses were made from gumpaste and shaded with purple per the birthday girl's request.
