Made this for my other half for his birthday. The first one collapsed from the heavy top bun because I did not let the "mayo" harden in the fridge. It was warm in my house and I was rushing. I made it again and think it came out better the 2nd time. Everything is fondant. Buns are carrot cake wrapped in fondant. The "Patty" is a brownie. Its a diabetics worst nightmare! lol
