Fighter Plane Birthday Cake

This 8 year old requested a fighter plane cake for a birthday party. I see no reason to put missiles on an 8yr old's cake - so I left that off! The wing is (unsalted) matzoh covered with fondant. Cake base is brownie decorated to look like sky and cotton candy clouds. Warning to all that might try this look - cotton candy looks great but DISSOLVES into the icing within 15 minutes! Set up the cake, took some pictures, took a shower and it was suddenly a cloud-less sky! Luckily I had extra so it could be put on just as the party started! Live and Learn!
