I live close to the ocean so created this cake for a family member. It was a white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate buttercream with fresh raspberries in the centre of the cake. I covered the cake with white chocolate butter cream and then rolled fondant. Everyhting on top of the cake was made from rolled fondant and I covered the pearl with lustre to make it look authentic.
